THE CURRENT RESIDENCE: As per building code Requirements, built to only 1190 Sq. THE OLIVE ORCHARD:   There are currently over 3,000  Olive Trees, 6,000 new emitters and 12,000 feet of new drip line with an extensive automated drip irrigation System.  The Olive trees are high density planted in the hedgerow format which produces shorter trees allowing for manual pruning and harvest without ladders; thereby eliminating damage to the trees.  These trees are always manually harvested and delivered within four hours or less, to the local Mill in Templeton.  880 trees are Arbequina (Spanish-highest oil content) 680 trees are Koroneiki (Greek – highest anti-oxidant) and 1500 Arbosana (Spanish – fruity and light).

THE BUSINESS: The Seller currently sells his Paso Robles Gold  Olive Oil which he harvests from his farm, at the farmers markets in both the San Francisco and Los Angeles area.  In addition; there is potential for Organic certification. And also a huge and currently untapped market for cosmetic olive oil; the demand is amazing and needs additional developing.

THE FUTURE: There has been extensive and detailed infrastructure installed for the planned main home; swimming pool and pool house/entertainment center, plus a workshop and bottling room.
